I make it my mission to be the strong advocate that clients need to resolve legal disputes.

I founded Sharp Law to create a results driven firm that comprehensively and cost-effectively serves the industries of the future. I want to make the legal system understandable and accessible to industries of the future, while providing the legal services necessary to enforce rights, protect assets, and get justice.

I’ve appeared on behalf of publicly traded companies, obtained ex parte orders stopping the sale of goods by unlawful competitors, and won motions against big law and the government. I’ve subpoenaed cryptocurrency exchanges, all major card brands, internet sellers, transportation companies, U.S. banks, and defended against the same. I litigated against overseas parties, deposed international fraudsters, and prevailed on countless discovery motions obtaining pertinent documents and crucial information. I also served on litigation teams for local municipalities such as the County of Orange and City of Irvine, where I spent time preparing for trial, but most of my cases tend to settle before trial.

I practice in state and local Superior Courts of Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles, as well the United States District Court for the Central District of California. I also have experience with confidential binding arbitration and in courts (via pro hac vice) outside of California.

Before starting this firm, I handled high stakes business litigation resolving disputes related to shareholder litigation, E-Commerce, payment processing disputes, unlawful business practices, and fraudulent conduct in its many shapes and forms. I worked at Orange County law firms: Kimura London & White (Fox News recently called them a “white-shoe law firm”), Woodruff Spradlin & Smart (now Woodruff & Smart), and Wellman & Warren (top notch OC firm that gave me my start).

The majority of Court hearings and depositions are now conducted remotely (via Zoom/video conference). Lack of understanding of technology is no longer a valid excuse in the legal industry, but I still see it happening. In 2020, I published an article in the OCBA’s OC Lawyer Magazine discussing “Proper Netiquette.” You need an attorney who is committed to staying at the forefront of the legal industry.

Change is something that future-first industries know all too well: E-Commerce, cryptocurrency, coding, AI, and computer sciences all leaders in innovation. Representing internet sellers, newly formed entities, and tech companies taught me that these companies are often specifically targeted by wrongdoers from around the world by fraudulent schemes and unfair (unlawful) business practices. I will continue to get justice against the evolving forces seeking to target industries of the future.

I make it my priority to give clients practical advice from the start of the case with judgment and collection in mind. I published an article in the American Business Trial Lawyer Report titled “Importance of Collection Strategy: Ensuring Judgment Collection.” When parties have respect for the legal process I can often press for prompt results, but I always keep the future in mind and think ahead.

I stay active in the SoCal legal community, serving as chair of Business Development for the Orange County Bar Association’s YLD. In 2024, at the end of my 3rd year of practice, I received the recognition of Rising Star from Thomson Reuters’ SuperLawyers given to the top 2.5% of attorneys 40 or under in practicing for 10 years or less. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, meeting future-first entrepreneurs at E-Commerce and Tech conferences, and enjoying beautiful Southern California.
